Butter Bread and egg-mayo sandwich
This is the first butter bread I made after bought myself a bread maker machine back in December 2010. Do you guys know which Bread Maker (BM) I used to make this super fluffy bread? Tadaaaa.....it's Kenwood BM250 which I bought from this online shopping site - Cresdo. After I placed the order, it took around 2-3 weeks for the BM to arrive at my doorstep. I have been using it for almost a year now. So far, it was really operated well and made a lot of nice bread. So, if you are considering buying a BM, no doubt you can get this model (Sorry I have no relationship with Kenwood or promoting their product, just to share on my experience using this BM :)). There are free bread recipes book with multiple languages come along with this BM.
I've also made some egg-mayo sandwiches from this loaf :)
